According to the Times of India report, Ranveer Shourie told in an interview with a digital documentary that why he rejected the offer of ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’. In ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, the pair of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif impressed the audience a lot. Along with this, actor Ranveer Shorey, who was seen in the supporting character of the film, was also highly praised.
In this film, he was shown in the role of Gopi Arya. In the interview, he told, ‘After Ek Tha Tiger I was offered Tiger Zinda Hai. But the problem was that the role in it was small. When the script of the sequel was found, my role in the second part was much smaller than the first part. After this, the actor talked to the filmmakers, if he liked his role so much, then both his screen time head fees should increase. The makers did not listen to him and after that Ranveer Shourie turned down the offer of Tiger Zinda Hai.
Tiger 3 was angry
In the interview, the actor told why he offered to be a part of the third film of this spy universe. His character was killed in the beginning of this film. But when the makers approached him again for the third part, they got very angry. Actor Girish Karnad had passed away during ‘Tiger 3’ and only Ranveer Shourie was left in the original Starcast team of this film.
When he read the script of the film, it came to know that Gopi Arya dies during a mission, on which the actor told the filmmakers of Bhakk, ‘You are just calling me back to kill me? Ok, I will come to give death to my character ‘. In the interview, Ranveer Shorey told that for the third part of the film, he was not getting much but good money and because of this he took a decision to be anger to be a part of this film.
