Each team can prepare a maximum squad of 19 players. All 6 teams have a total of Rs 64.87 crore for 84 vacant slots. The salary cap of all the teams in the auction is Rs 20 crore, but the teams have already retained some players, so they will not get the entire amount of 20 crores.
Pretoria Capitals have the highest number of money left, with the purse of Rs 16.37 crore left. At the same time, Durban Super Gynts have Rs 14.61 crore and Joberg Super Kings have Rs 10.56 crore left. Sunrisers Eastern Cape also has about Rs 10.5 crore and Parl Royals have Rs 7.20 crore left. Mi Cape Town has the lowest Rs 5.72 crore left in the auction.
