The Gen-Z movement in Nepal has coupled. One by one the first ministers resigned, but when the movement did not stop, then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has also resigned from the post. After KP Oli’s resignation, Balen Shah has appealed to the young agitators to maintain peace. Apart from them, Army Chief and Chief Secretary have also asked to stop the Gen-Z movement now.
The Chief Secretary of Nepal, Home Secretary to the Government of Nepal, Army Chief of Nepal and Inspector General of Armed Police Force have appealed to the agitators that they should now stop the violent movement. In a joint statement, the top officials said, “We pay our heartfelt tribute to all those who have lost their lives in these incidents and we express our deep condolences to all the condolences.”
