How much should be income?
Along with this, it has been said, “The income of the joint/co-applicant applying for the EWS flat with the income of the applicant’s family should not exceed Rs 10 lakh per year. Both families will be considered separate. There is no income criteria for the public category flat. ”

How much will the price be?
According to the circular, “DDA 672 is offering EWS category flats in Narela, the highest in one place.” The prices of these flats range from Rs 9.18 lakh to Rs 27.86 lakh and the plinth area ranges from 34.76 sqm to 61.99 sqm. There are 97 Janata category flats in Rohini, which starts at Rs 14.59 lakh. Of these, the plinth area range from 28 sqm to 281 sqm.
What is the registration fee?
According to the circular, “Registration fee for DDA’s housing portal is Rs 2,500. Applicants already registered on the portal are not required to pay the registration fee again. Apart from this, the booking amount of each flat is Rs 50,000. There will be no limit to how many flats the applicant can book. ”
