Cross voting in the Vice Presidential elections has caused panic among the parties involved in the opposition India alliance. The question is that which MPs voted for NDA candidate CP Radhakrishnan. Meanwhile, Congress MP Manish Tiwari said that it has three aspects. First- greed, second- betrayal and third- leadership failure. This is a serious matter.
Chandigarh MP Manish Tiwari told the news agency PTI, “The leadership of all parties should investigate and introspect.” BJP leaders claim that 30 to 40 MPs voted for National Democratic Alliance (NDA) candidate Radhakrishnan.

What did Hardeep Puri say?
BJP leader and Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri on Wednesday (September 10) targeted the opposition, saying that he was unable to explain how about 35 of his MPs voted for the NDA candidate in the Vice Presidential elections despite the use of paper ballot.
Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Hardeep Puri said, “Congress and some of its allies have often doubted electronic voting machines (EVMs) and have been demanding the return of paper ballot in elections. The Vice Presidential election was held using the paper ballot, and the difference of victory suggests that many opposition MPs would not have supported their official candidate B Sudarshan Reddy. ‘
Let me tell you that opposition India alliance candidate B Sudarshan Reddy was expected to get 320 votes, but he got only 300 votes. 15 votes were declared illegal in the election. NDA candidate CP Radhakrishnan got 452 votes. President Draupadi Murmu may administer Radhakrishnan as office on Friday (September 12).
