A sudden fire broke out in the Sanghvi Organics Private Limited, located in GIDC Panouli Industrial Area in Bharuch district of Gujarat. The smoke and flames were visible from a distance, causing a stir in the surrounding area.
According to officials, several fire tenders were sent on the spot and the team of fire brigade is engaged in extinguishing the fire. At present, the fire has not come under complete control. Officials said that the correct figure of the fire and the damage is not yet known.
An atmosphere of fear in the surrounding area
Flames and smoke were so high that fear spread among the people of Panoli industrial area. Many people came out and came to see the situation near the factory. Local people said that no one was able to handle the situation suddenly after seeing such a big fire.

There was a more big fire in Gujarat recently
Let me tell you that a few months ago there was another big and deadly fire in Gujarat. On April 2, an illegal cracker factory exploded in Deesa in Banaskantha district. At least 21 people were killed in that blast, including many migrant workers from Madhya Pradesh.
The witnesses said that the explosion was so strong that the surrounding houses were shaken and dust and smoke flew in the sky. Some parts of the factory collapsed, causing many people to get caught in the rubble. The local police and rescue team took them out in time.
Following safety standards in industrial areas is very important. Small lapse can also cause major accidents. The local administration is now reviewing the matter and factory owners and industrialists have been asked to strictly follow the rules of fire prevention.
