Before the Bihar elections, Union Minister Chirag Paswan has given an important statement regarding the seat sharing in the NDA alliance. On Monday (September 22, 2025), he has clarified that there will be no compromise with any party in the case of respectable seats. Meetings, discussions and preparations are going on about this. Chirag Paswan said that there can be a sharing of seats in Navratri itself. He said that there will be no compromise with respectable seats. He described the CWC meeting in Patna as an active battle of domination.
Union Minister Chirag Paswan lashed out at the opposition, saying, “Show the election alone in Bihar, RJD and Congress have anything to lose? Neither is the courage to contest elections alone in the country’s oldest party and neither is in RJD, which is one of the oldest parties in Bihar. Elections are never contested alone and they never contest and target the lamp.”
Giving his own example, he said that in 2020, at least I dared to contest elections alone. If any of them have courage, then once by contesting elections alone. He taunted that the meeting of CWC in Patna is a fight for supremacy. Through this, an attempt is being made to show who is heavy on whom.
What did you say on the election team’s Bihar tour?
On the other hand, the election team is going to visit Bihar. Regarding this, Chirag Paswan said, “The election team’s tour has nothing to do with the seat sharing. They will come, will go to their tour, will see, because we are hoping that the notification should come soon. The Election Commission is part of the general process to take stock of all the preparations before the notification, but I believe that now I will start a long time. The beginning of the days is the beginning of Navratri, so I think there will be auspicious conversation and everything will be good.
Priyanka Gandhi is going to come to Bihar and communicate with women, to which Chirag Paswan said, “come to Bihar and communicate with women, she should have already communicated. She is coming to Bihar, welcome.”
