The Delhi High Court has allowed Priya Kapoor to enter the sealed envelope of her husband Sanjay Kapoor’s personal properties. The Delhi High Court has asked all the parties to give undertaking that this information will not be leaked in the media. Priya Kapoor’s lawyer said in the court that ‘he only wants the information shared in the court should not be public. The court will decide how to implement it, but at least no one should be allowed to discuss the matter outside the court.
Lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani accused Priya Kapoor
Mahesh Jethmalani, a lawyer for Karisma Kapoor’s children in the Delhi High Court, said that the media cannot be completely banned. He said that Karishma’s children have got a share of Rs 19 thousand crore in the RK Trust, which is different from this private property case. The Delhi High Court asked the lawyer of Karisma Kapoor’s children how privacy could be maintained.
Jethmalani alleged that a lot of activities took place between August 22-26 and Priya Kapoor took the properties. He said that some bank accounts recorded in the will were vacated and shares were also captured. He said that due to this fake will, his client has suffered a lot of damage and privacy has no meaning for him.
There should not be a public debate on properties – Priya Kapoor’s lawyer
Priya Kapoor’s lawyer Rajiv Nair argued in the Delhi High Court and said that the debate on properties should not be made public. There is a constant trial going on in the media and there is no need to pay attention to it. We have to control ourselves. The court said that all the parties will not say anything in the media. The documents will enter the sealed envelope, but it should not be leaked. Also, this document will also have to be shared with another party.
