The dates of the assembly elections are going to be announced soon in Bihar, but so far no announcement has been made about seats in any alliance. Meanwhile, the statement made by Bihar BJP President Dilip Jaiswal on Saturday can really create trouble for JDU.
‘Don’t see as different parties’
In response to a media question, Dilip Jaiswal said that “this time no elder brother and younger brother is in the role. This time the NDA will contest the election. Do not look as a separate party.
Let us know that JDU has always been playing the role of elder brother in NDA in the assembly elections and has contested more seats than BJP. When Dilip Jaiswal was asked that this time too JDU will play the role of elder brother, or JDU BJP will contest in equal seats. His reply has come on this.
He further said that “The central and Bihar governments are continuously giving gifts. Today the central government has given a gift to the youth of Bihar. PM Modi has also been dialogue. Elections are to be held in Bihar. The youth will awaken the will power. The youth know that only the NDA government can do the work for them.”
He said that Bihar is getting gifts in PM Modi-Nitish’s program. RJD is raising questions on this. Actually, they do not understand how fast Bihar is developing. They do not even have any issue. The NDA government is working for every class.
What did Jaiswal say about the grand alliance?
Dilip Jaiswal said that “Grand Alliance is under stress that the NDA government has done so much work that there is no left to do anything for those in Bihar. The meeting of the BJP Election Committee in Bihar is two days today and tomorrow. We are starting the process of selection of candidates for seating seats.”
JDU’s sharp response has come to Dilip Jaiswal’s statement. Spokesperson Arvind Nishad said that “JDU is playing the role of elder brother in NDA for the last 20 years. Nitish Kumar is in the post of Chief Minister. In 2025-30, JDU will play the role of elder brother in NDA. Government will be formed with an overwhelming majority. Then Nitish Kumar will be seated on the post of Chief Minister. There is no doubt in all these things.”
