Mohammed Shami – 6 times (2013–2025)
Shami has so far bowled in 108 ODIs in his career and has taken 5 wickets 6 times. His best bowling figure has been 7/57, which is a major achievement for any Indian fast bowler. Jawagal Srinath, who is counted among the legendary fast bowlers of India, has taken 5 wickets in 229 ODIs 3 times. His best performance was 5/23. He was India’s most successful ODI bowler for a long time with 315 wickets. Shrinath’s speed and line-Lenth made him the main weapon of India in the 90s.

“Turbanator” Harbhajan Singh has done 5 wickets in 234 ODIs in his career. His best figure was 31 runs with 5 wickets. Harbhajan took 265 wickets and many times in the middle overs pushed the opposition teams on the backfoot.
