The trailer of Anurag Kashyap directed and Bobby Deol starrer crime thriller Bandar received a very good response but it proved to be a failure on the very first day after hitting the theatres. It opened with Rs 50 lakh. After this, there was a slight increase in its earnings on the second day and it earned Rs 95 lakh. Then on the third day also it showed growth and collected Rs 1 crore. But on weekdays its glory has sunk.
While on the fourth day it earned only Rs 30 lakh, on the fifth day it added Rs 40 lakh, showing slight growth. According to the early trend report of Sacknilk, this monkey has earned Rs 25 lakh on the sixth day of its release i.e. Wednesday. Hollywood horror film ‘Obsession’ has maintained a strong hold on the box office in India even in its second week. This film had earned Rs 18.55 crore in its first week. After this, it collected 3.30 crores on 8th day, 6.75 crores on 9th day, 7.50 crores on 10th day, 3.50 crores on 11th day and 3.85 crores on 12th day.
