It is also surprising that out of the 900 apartments of this building, 150 apartments belong to Indians. Out of these 22 apartments are the only owners of an Indian business. Yes, here we are talking about George We Neremprambil, whose Burj Khalifa has 22 luxury apartments. The media also calls him ‘King of Burj Khalifa’. George Burj is the largest private property owner in Khalifa.

Started working from the age of 11 years

Born in a middle class family in Kerala, George started sharing his hand in work with his father for the maintenance of the family from the age of 11. George was very talented since childhood. He started earning money by extracting gum from the remaining cotton seeds. In 1976, George Sharajah went to search for better opportunities.

Started work as mechanic

Here he first worked as a mechanic. Later, he noticed that there was better potential in the air conditioning segment amid the growing economy of Middle Easy and the hot heat of the desert. With this business idea, he started a small company. Today, which is known as Geo Group of Companies. George is a well-known business tycoon of Dubai today.

So purchased one by one apartment

There is also an interesting story behind buying apartments in his Burj Khalifa. Once he was teased by a relative that he could not even go to the Burj Khalifa. George rented an apartment first in Burj Khalifa in 2010. Later, he slowly started buying apartments and to date he has 22 apartments in this building. According to media reports, gold plated decorations have been done on the walls, roof, floor of their apartments. Today his net worth is more than Rs 4,800 crore.
