Indian Administrative Service officer and Additional Chief Secretary in Haryana Government D Suresh has raised questions in the case of suicide of Y Puran Kumar, a former Indian Police Service officer. D Suresh spoke to journalists after meeting Indian Administrative Service officer and Puran Kumar’s wife Amneet Kumar. He asked why Chandigarh Police has not yet arrested Haryana Government Director General of Police Shatrujit Kapoor.,
Suresh said about DGP Shatrujit Kapoor that he is a person who hates Dalits and is busy harassing them. Why is FIR not being filed against him and Rohtak SP when it was they who instigated Y Puran Kumar to commit suicide?
