Box Office: Except 10 films, ‘Kantara Chapter 1’ broke the records of all the blockbusters of 100 years

Rishabh Shetty’s film ‘Kantara Chapter 1’ had already taken the record of the second highest grossing film of the year 2025 by breaking many records one after the other at the box office. Now even after spending 12 days in theatres, the film’s strong earnings are not stopping.

By earning Rs 337.4 crore in the first extended week of 8 days, the prequel of 2022’s ‘Kantara’, ‘Kantara Chapter 1’ had left ‘Sayara’ behind. The film’s earning on the 9th day was Rs 22.25 crores, but on the 10th day, it reached Rs 39 crores with a huge jump.
