A new twist has come in the suicide case of Y Puran Kumar, a former Indian Police Service officer in Haryana. IO Sandeep Lather, who was investigating corruption allegations against Pooram, has also committed suicide. After the suicide, one of his final notes has been recovered in which he has made serious allegations against the late IPS officer Puran.
Lather wrote that Puran practiced casteism and promoted corruption. Female policemen were also sexually exploited in the name of transfer. If you check their CDR it will be confirmed. There is truth in my words.

Lather wrote that they have not got the license to take the name of caste and do corruption. I am making a sacrifice on this point of mine. I am an honest man. I am a fan of Bhagat Singh, I will not be afraid of anything. This (suicide) was necessary to awaken the public, to awaken the country. They are trying to give caste colour.
He has written that a businessman who had the courage to speak against crime is being suppressed. I will not let this happen, they had done wrong, they will get the consequences for it.
Sandeep had arrested Sushil Kumar, posted with Y Puran, and was investigating the case further.
