The lawyer also said in the Delhi High Court that the children’s stepmother Priya Kapoor and other parties are silent on who prepared this will. He alleged that no information was shared about the real author or drafter of the will. If this is the real will then why is so much secrecy being maintained. During the hearing, it was also told on behalf of the children that in the will, Sanjay Kapoor has written his daughter’s address wrongly and his son’s name has been written in wrong spelling at many places. The lawyer said that all this shows that the will is forged and it was prepared by someone else.
Karishma’s children had made allegations earlier also
In the Delhi High Court, on behalf of Karisma’s children, Priya Kapoor has already been accused of greed and fraud. In the last hearing, her lawyer had said that Priya Kapoor has got herself and her son the majority share of the property. He claims that Priya Kapoor has got about 60 percent control of Sanjay Kapoor’s property, his son has got 12 percent share and 75 percent control of the family trust.

He alleged that the documents were forged and demanded the court to keep the status of the properties intact. Delhi High Court has fixed the next hearing of this case for tomorrow.
