With how many crores can ‘Thama’ open?
Released on 4,000 screens across India, ‘Thamaa’ is single-handedly making waves at the box office this Diwali and is not facing much competition from Hindi cinema. Trade experts estimate that its opening will be Rs 30-32 crore, which is slightly less than last year’s Diwali hits like ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ and ‘Singham Returns’, but if the positive ‘word-of-mouth’ remains then its earnings can increase comfortably over the weekend.
