Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote a letter to the country on Diwali. He wrote that my best wishes to all of you on this holy festival of Diwali full of energy and enthusiasm. This is the second Diwali after the grand construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya. Lord Shri Ram teaches us to follow dignity and also teaches us to fight injustice. We also saw a live example of this during Operation Sindoor a few months ago.

He said that in Operation Sindoor, India followed decorum and also took revenge for injustice. This time’s Diwali is also special because for the first time, Diwali lamps will be lit in remote areas of many districts of the country. These are the districts where Naxalism and Maoist terrorism have been completely eradicated. In the past, we have seen how many people left the path of violence and joined the mainstream of development and expressed faith in the Constitution of the country. This is a big achievement for the country.

Thousands of crores of rupees are being saved from GST savings festival.

PM Modi further wrote that a few days before these historic achievements, Next Generation Reforms have also started in the country. Lower GST rates have come into effect on the first day of Navratri. Countrymen are saving thousands of crores of rupees in GST Bachat Utsav.

PM Modi told how India will develop

PM Modi said that in a world going through many crises, our India has emerged as a symbol of both stability and sensitivity. In the coming time, we are also going to become the third largest economy in the world. Therefore, it is important that we adopt Swadeshi and say with pride – This is Swadeshi.

The Prime Minister called upon the people to increase the spirit of Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat and respect every language. We should give priority to our health and reduce the amount of oil in food by 10 percent and adopt yoga. All these efforts will take us towards a developed India.
