The second test match between Pakistan and South Africa is being played in Rawalpindi. In this match, Pakistan’s first innings was limited to 333 runs. In this innings, the Indian origin cricketer broke the back of the Pakistani batting line-up. Keshav Maharaj bowled marathon spells, and bowled more than 42 overs in the match. Keshav Maharaj bowled 42.4 overs in the innings, in which he took 7 wickets for 102 runs. This is not the most wickets taken by Keshav in an innings, he had earlier achieved the feat of taking 7 wickets in an innings against Bangladesh in 2022 and 9 wickets in a Test innings against Sri Lanka in 2018. Till the time of writing this article, the South African team has scored 122 runs at the loss of two wickets in its first innings and is still behind by 212 runs in the first innings.
