A research has revealed that laughing too loudly for too long can cause serious problems like cardiac arrhythmia, syncope and esophageal rupture.   3. Esophageal Rupture: In many cases, there is a risk of the esophagus, or our food pipe, bursting if you laugh too loudly. In such a situation, immediate medical action is necessary.

For whom can laughing become a problem?

Laughing is very good for everyone’s health. But this can become a big problem for many people. Especially people who already have health problems like heart problem, neurological disorder, gastrointestinal weakness, they should not laugh too loudly because it can be harmful for them.
