World champions India will tour Zimbabwe in July for a three-match T20 International series which will be played at the Harare Sports Club. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) said in a statement on Wednesday that the Indian men’s team will play three matches against the Zimbabwe team at Harare Sports Club on 23, 25 and 26 July.
This will be the first of two bilateral series between India and Zimbabwe scheduled for the 2026–27 season. Zimbabwe will tour India for a three-match ODI series early next year. These matches will be played on January 3, 6 and 9 in Kolkata, Hyderabad and Mumbai respectively.
India won the T20 World Cup for the second consecutive time by defeating New Zealand in the final played in Ahmedabad last month. Before this, India had also won the T20 World Cup in 2024 and 2007.
India last toured Zimbabwe in 2024, where it won the five-match T20 series 4-1.
