The process of enrollment in the second year of B.Tech i.e. lateral entry for diploma pass students in the government engineering colleges of Bihar is going on at a fast pace. Bihar Joint Entrance Competitive Examination Board BCECEB will release the Seat Allotment Result for the seats allotted under the first round on 25th July. According to the information given by the Board, candidates will be able to check their allotment result on the official website of BCECEB through their portal login.
Online choice filling will continue till 23rd July
Under the nomination process, online counseling and choice filling started from July 13. Candidates can choose the colleges and branches of their choice for admission in B.Tech second year till 23rd July i.e. choice filling. This counseling process is being conducted in all the government engineering colleges of the state and Dr. A.P.J. Colleges operated under Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga. The session is being organized for admission in Abdul Kalam Women’s Institute of Technology.
Choice locking and print securing instructions
It is mandatory to complete the choice filling process by the prescribed last date of 23rd July.
If a candidate does not lock his/her choice in time, the choice filled by the system will be automatically locked once the last date is over. All candidates have been advised to take a printout of the choices filled by them and keep it safe for future reference. The allotment of seats will be done on July 25 only on the basis of merit list and choices filled by the students.
