IGNOU Placement Drive 2026: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced to organize new campus placement drives for its students and alumni. Through these placement drives, candidates will get job opportunities in fields like IT, Marketing, HR, Data Analytics, Aviation and Customer Service. According to the campus placement cell of the university, the registration process will run from July 27 to July 31, 2026.
This time IGNOU has partnered with Proof of Skill, a startup working on AI, blockchain and skill based hiring. Under this recruitment drive, candidates will be selected for full time remote jobs, where CTC up to Rs 12 lakh can be given annually.

How will the selection be done and who can apply?
For remote jobs, candidates will have to go through a three-stage selection process. First there will be an AI based interview, after which the assignment round will be conducted. In the final stage, the interview of the candidates will be online with the founder or department head of the company. All interviews will be conducted through Google Meet or Zoom. In this recruitment drive, graduate, post graduate, MBA, BCA and MCA degree holders from any discipline can apply. Candidates must have good English communication skills, time management, multi-tasking skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Aviation placement drive will be held on 28th July
IGNOU has also announced to organize separate campus drive placements for Aviation and Airport Operation sector in collaboration with Bird Flight Service India Private Limited. This recruitment will be held on 28 July 2026 from 10:00 am at the Dr. BR Ambedkar Convention Center located at IGNOU Headquarters, Maidan Garhi. Under this recruitment, the selected candidates will be appointed in Delhi Airport Operation. In this, there will be opportunities for posts like Customer Service Agent and Customer Service Host.

Eligibility for Aviation Drive
Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply for these posts. The candidate should have the qualification of graduation degree or studying in the last semester. Apart from this, good English speaking ability, customer service attitude, positive behavior and willingness to work in 24*7 shift and rotational duty are also required.
You will have to take these documents with you to the interview
The University requires candidates to submit their updated resume, government photo identity card, educational certificates which may include 10th, 12th and graduation mark sheets at the time of interview. Instructions have been given to bring passport size photo and IGNOU ID card with you.
