While exit polls in West Bengal and Assam have brought good news for BJP, Congress seems to be returning to power in Kerala. DMK looks strong in Tamil Nadu, but it seems to be facing a tough challenge from actor Vijay’s TVK. In the Republic CNX survey, Mamata’s party was given 128-138 seats and BJP was given 138-148 seats. In Times Now See Voter, TMS was expected to get 158 seats and BJP would get 115 seats. In the survey of India Today Axis My India, TMC was expected to get 130-156 seats and BJP 134-160 seats. In the survey of India TV PP, TMC was expected to get 64-88 seats and BJP 173-192 seats. However, in the results, TMC won 215 seats and BJP won 77 seats, which was completely opposite to all these surveys.
Assam exit poll in 2021
In 2021, exit polls proved to be most accurate in Assam only. Most of the surveys here were predicting BJP’s victory and good performance. However, there was a slight difference in the seats in the results and the survey. The surveys of 2026 are indicating that BJP will register a hat-trick of victories in the state. There are total 126 seats.
In C Voter’s survey, BJP+ was expected to get 58-71 seats and Congress+ would get 53-66 seats. In the survey of Axis My India, there was a claim of getting BJP + 75-85 seats and Congress + 40-50 seats. In the results, BJP+ got 76 seats and Congress+ got 49 seats.

Exit polls remained similar in Kerala also
The exit poll data of 2021 in Kerala, famous for the change of power, had surprised everyone. Whereas in the survey of Republic TV-CNX, LDF was expected to get 72-80 seats and UDF would get 58-64 seats. In the survey of ABP-C voters, LDF was expected to get 71-77 seats and UDF would get 62-68 seats. In the results, LDF got 99 seats and UDF got 41 seats.
