Madhya Pradesh BJP leader Saubhagya Singh Thakur has taken strict action against CM Mohan Yadav for ignoring Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s appeal to reduce fuel consumption. A show cause notice has been issued to Saubhagya Singh and all his administrative and financial powers have been removed with immediate effect until the investigation is completed.
On behalf of the office of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, it was said that due to the appeal made in the national interest and not following the guidelines strictly, the newly appointed Chairman of the Text Book Corporation, Saubhagya Singh, will not be able to approve any important order of the Text Book Corporation till further instructions.

‘Indiscipline will not be tolerated’
Giving a clear message, CM Mohan Yadav said that ostentation and indiscipline in public office will not be tolerated. At the same time, the government has considered the vehicle rally as wasteful expenditure and against the simplicity policy of the government. Under the action, Saubhagya Singh will not be able to use the corporation office, government vehicles, resources, meetings and employees.
After PM’s appeal, a convoy of 200 vehicles was taken out
Let us tell you that after taking charge of PM Modi’s appeal to reduce the consumption of diesel and petrol, BJP leader Saubhagya Singh Thakur had taken out a rally of 200 vehicles. Saubhagya Singh had reached Bhopal with his supporters in a big convoy from Ujjain, which was discussed everywhere and the party had to face criticism.
It is noteworthy that on Sunday (May 10), Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing a public meeting in Hyderabad, had appealed to the countrymen to reduce fuel consumption in view of the global circumstances. He told people to reduce the use of petrol and diesel as much as possible.
