Earlier, Haryana unit President of Congress Rao Narendra Singh had completely rejected these allegations. He said that the allegations of demanding money from Suchitra Devi and her husband in exchange for tickets are “baseless”.

Actually, Suchitra Devi and her husband Gaurav Kumar had recently released a video on the internet media. In this video, he had accused some Congress leaders of demanding money in exchange for giving them assembly election tickets. After the video surfaced, this matter became a topic of discussion in political circles.
Gaurav Kumar also sent a three-page letter to the Delhi Police Commissioner demanding action in this matter. In this letter he has allegedly claimed to have complete details of the money given to Congress leaders for tickets. A demand for investigation has also been raised regarding the matter.
Suchitra Devi’s side
Suchitra Devi says that she had resigned from Mahila Congress about 12 days ago. According to him, this resignation had not been formally accepted yet. He also said that after the allegations came to light, action has been taken against him by the party. Along with this, she is continuously being vocal against Congress on social media and accusing her of taking money.
At present, the allegations regarding this entire matter have been completely rejected by the Congress organization.
