England has announced the playing eleven for the second T20 a day before. The second T20 match between India and England will be played tomorrow i.e. on Saturday, 4th July. England has announced the playing eleven for this match to be played in Manchester. England has made two changes in the second T20. Joffra Archer has returned to the team, while one player has got a chance to debut.
Fast bowler Josh Tong has got a chance to debut. Star fast bowler Joffra Archer has returned to the team. Saqib Mahmood and Luke Wood have been dropped from the team. In place of these two, Tong and Archer have entered the team.
England’s playing eleven for the second T20 against India- Phil Salt, Jos Buttler (wk), Harry Brook (c), Jacob Bethel, Tom Banton, Sam Curran, Will Jacques, Liam Dawson, Jofra Archer, Adil Rashid and Josh Tong.
In the first T20 India had given a target of 190 runs, then the match was canceled due to rain.
India had a very bad start in the first T20. Sanju Samson (01) and Ishan Kishan (00) were out cheaply. After this, captain Shreyas Iyer along with Abhishek Sharma took charge of the Indian innings. Abhishek Sharma thrashed the England bowlers in his stormy style. Abhishek played a brilliant inning of 59 runs in just 24 balls. Whereas Shreyas Iyer scored 68 runs in 47 balls. In the end Shivam Dubey remained unbeaten on 42 runs in 21 balls. It started raining as soon as India’s innings ended. After this the match could not start. After a long wait the match was declared cancelled.
