Amidst the increasing tension in the Middle East, Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian has given a big statement regarding the country’s security and foreign policy. While sharing a post on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), he said that Iran’s first priority is to maintain the security of the country and the peace of the people. President Massoud Pezeshkian said Iran is fully committed to defending its national rights and will not retreat in the face of any threat or pressure. He said that the country stands firmly on issues related to its security and sovereignty.
Masoud Pezeshkian also said in the message that both diplomacy and defense are important parts of the strength of any country. Iran has neither abandoned its defense front nor closed the path of dialogue. He said that the country gives importance to both security and dialogue together.
The priority is the security and peace of the people. We will defend the rights of the nation with authority and will not back down from any threat. Diplomacy and defense are the power of the nation; I have left neither the field nor the table of talks. With the hope of God, with unity and intelligence, Iran will also pass this test with flying colors.

Iranian President’s appeal to the people
The Iranian President appealed to the people to remain united and said that on the strength of unity, understanding and patience, Iran will successfully come out of this difficult period. He expressed confidence that the country is capable of facing the current challenges and will continue to protect its national interests under any circumstances. This statement of the President has come at a time when tension in the region is continuously increasing and the whole world is keeping an eye on the developments related to Iran.
