An Iranian newspaper has taken a radical and provocative stance. The newspaper has published the names and photographs of many foreign leaders. The newspaper says that these leaders should be targeted in retaliation for the assassination of Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

According to AFP report, On Saturday (July 11), Hamshahri newspaper, published by the authorities of the Iranian capital, shared online graphics containing photographs of 13 foreign leaders after Mujtaba’s statement. It was also pointed out in the newspaper that the Iranian government had given official approval to the list published by the newspaper.

Who is included in this list?
The list released by the newspaper includes US President Donald Trump, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, British PM Keir Starmer. However, these photographs are not in the newspaper edition, it has only been placed on the website through online graphics.

The agency said the list also includes US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Minister Pete Hegseth, French President Emmanuel Macron, Italian PM Giorgio Meloni, and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz. Iran accused European countries of not condemning the attacks in Iran. It also included allowing American military aircraft to enter its air space.
