This is the first victory of the Ireland women’s team in the T20 World Cup, although the team was already out of the semi-final race, but this first victory was special. West Indies reached semi-finals
However, despite this shameful defeat, the West Indies women’s cricket team managed to reach the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup. Apart from West Indies, England qualified for the semi-finals from Group B, the team won all its five matches and got 10 points.
