Karisma Kapoor gave her house on rent
According to Square Yards, Karisma Kapoor has given her luxury apartment on rent in Bandra West, a posh area of Mumbai. With this deal, the actress will get a rent of Rs 5.51 lakh every month, while in a year she will earn Rs 66.12 lakh.
Let us tell you, Bandra West is counted among the most preferred and premium areas of Mumbai. Bandra West is also known for its premium residential projects, high-street markets, famous cafes and restaurants as well as sea-facing promenades like Bandstand and Carter Road. Security deposit of Rs 20 lakh taken
According to IGR property registration documents seen by Square Yards, this residential unit located in Grand Bay Condominium on Hill Road has a carpet area of 204.38 square meters (about 2,200 square feet). The deal also includes three car parking spaces. On this registration, stamp duty of Rs 17,100 and registration fee of Rs 1,000 was paid, while a security deposit of Rs 20 lakh was also taken.
Have given house on rent before also
The interesting thing is that this same property has been given on lease before also. According to IGR documents, a two-year rental agreement was signed for this unit in November 2023. At that time, the monthly rent for the first year was fixed at Rs 5 lakh and for the second year at Rs 5.25 lakh. The total rent during that lease was Rs 1.23 crore.
