Lashkar-e-Taiba founder Maulana Aamir Hamza was shot by an unknown gunman in Lohar, Pakistan. On Thursday (April 16, 2026), he was going home after finishing a program on a TV channel. Then unknown gunmen laid ambush and fired indiscriminately at Aamir Hamza’s car. Aamir Hamza was seriously injured in this attack.
Today around 10 am, an unknown bike-borne gunman opened indiscriminate fire on Lashkar-e-Taiba founder terrorist Aamir Hamza, who was sitting in a car in Lahore, Pakistan, near Pindi stop on Paco Road, Lahore. The attack took place when Aamir Hamza was going to his home after giving an interview in a local news channel. Aamir Hamza was shot in his right hand in the attack.
According to sources, Aamir Hamza survived the attack and the bullet missed his right hand. After first aid, Aamir Hamza has been sent home under the protection of Lahore Police. At the time of this attack, Pakistan’s retired judge Justice Nazir Ahmed was also in the car along with Aamir Hamza. However, he is not injured and is safe.

Lashkar-e-Taiba’s political wing Pakistan Markazi Muslim League released the picture of Aamir Hamza and claimed that Aamir Hamza is fine and after being shot, he has been given first aid and sent home where he has been in talks with Lahore Police officials. However, official confirmation on the condition of Aamir Hamza has not yet come from Lahore Police.

According to the information, Aamir Hamza was attacked by two unknown bike riders and at the time of the attack, Pakistan’s retired judge Nazir Ahmed Ghazi was also sitting in the car. Aamir Hamza had founded Lashkar-e-Taiba along with Hafiz Saeed and at present India and America have declared it a terrorist.
