Kriti Sanon reacted to the rumors
At the trailer launch event of ‘Cocktail 2’, Kriti Sanon spoke openly about the ongoing discussions regarding the film and its characters. Dismissing these speculations, he said, ‘It is really sad because, as Dinesh Vijan said, if there are two boys then it is called bromance, and if there are two girls then people are not ready to accept that they can be just friends. Either there is rivalry between them, or people assume something else.

Homi Adajania also spoke
Director Homi Adajania has given clarification on the rumors going on about ‘Cocktail 2’. He said that whatever is being talked about the story of the film has nothing to do with the real story. He told that Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna share a very good bond off-screen, due to which misunderstanding arose among the people.
He also said that he had once just imagined that if the story had revolved around these two, Shahid Kapoor could have been the ‘third wheel’. She further said, ‘I have no problem with it,’ but clarified that no lesbian storyline will be shown in ‘Cocktail 2’.
When will ‘Cocktail 2’ be released?
Let us tell you, ‘Cocktail 2’, being made under the direction of Homi Adajania, remains one of the most popular Bollywood films of this year. This film is the sequel to the 2012 hit ‘Cocktail’, Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty were seen in the first part. Its sequel is ready to release in theaters on June 19.
