LPG Rate Today on July 12: Today on Sunday, the prices of 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder remained stable in India. Oil companies have not made any new changes in prices today. The price per cylinder in the national capital Delhi is Rs 942.00. Whereas in Ghaziabad the rate is Rs 939.50. The rate in Kolkata is slightly higher at Rs 968.50. Talking about commercial cylinder, its price was reduced by Rs 183.50 in the beginning of July. Since then, its rate in Delhi and Ghaziabad has remained stable at 2930.00.

LPG transfer rules changed
If you are planning to shift to a new house or city, then it is important for you to know that the government has recently made changes in the rules of LPG transfer. If you change your house or city, you will have to inform this to your gas agency. If your new location falls in the service area of the old agency, then there is no question of transferring the connection. You just have to update your new address by providing address proof.
If your house falls in the area of another agency, the old distributor will issue you an e-CTA (Electronic Customer Transfer Advice) code, which will be valid for 3 months. In this you do not need to deposit your cylinder or regulator, you can take it with you to your new address.
What are the rules when going to another city?
If you are planning to go to another city, then you will have to go to your existing distributor and deposit your cylinder and regulator. The agency will issue you a Termination Voucher (TV) and will refund the entire security deposited earlier. After going to a new city, you can apply for a new connection by showing this termination voucher.
