LPG Rate Today on June 15: Today on Monday, there has been no change in the prices of gas cylinders across the country. The country’s oil marketing companies (OMCs) have decided to keep its rates stable. With this, today the price of 14.2 kg domestic LPG in Delhi is Rs 942. After the recent increase of domestic cylinder prices by Rs 29, new rates have been implemented. Prices vary slightly due to local taxes (VAT) and freight charges in different states.

Why are prices increasing?
According to the government and oil companies, this increase in LPG prices is due to rising costs in the international market and increasing financial pressure on oil marketing companies. Reports show that despite the increase in prices, companies are incurring losses on domestic LPG cylinders.
From June 1, the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder has also been increased from Rs 42 to Rs 54. This is affecting the operating costs of hotels, restaurants and small businesses. LPG cylinder prices are decided at the beginning of every month. Consumers can check the latest rates for their city through the websites or mobile apps of Indane, Bharat Gas and HP Gas.
