India vs Pakistan: In the last ODI World Cup of 2023, a match was seen between India and Pakistan. Pakistan team could not reach the semi-finals, due to which the second match was not possible. Now the International Cricket Council (ICC) has made a great plan for more matches between India and Pakistan in the upcoming 2027 ODI World Cup.
Actually, the cricket governing body has made some major changes in the format of the upcoming ODI and T20 World Cup in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Edinburgh. Regarding the changes in the ODI World Cup, fans are claiming on social media that this has been done only to extend another match between India and Pakistan.
According to these changes, now the teams of India and Pakistan can play another match against each other even before the semi-finals. If both the teams clash in the semi-finals or finals, then there can be 3 matches between the two teams in the ODI World Cup.
