Petrol-Diesel Price: Giving relief to the common citizens of the country, the leading private sector oil company Nayara Energy has reduced the prices of petrol by Rs 5 per liter and diesel by Rs 3 per liter on the retail network. The new rates have been implemented from Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

According to industry sources, the prices reduced by the company will be applicable to more than 7000 Nayara petrol pumps across the country. However, due to difference in VAT and other local taxes in different states, there may be some difference in the pump prices.

Today, even though private retailers have reduced the prices of petrol and diesel, government oil marketing companies – Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) – have not made any change in the retail fuel prices. These three companies together manage more than one lakh fuel stations in India.
