action should be taken against the manager

Speaking to news agency PTI, a BCCI official said, “Romi Bhinder has indeed violated the PMOA protocol. Using a mobile phone while sitting in the dugout during a match is not allowed. It may be unintentional, but action should be taken in the matter. The decision on whether he will be warned or banned will depend on the report of the match referee and the anti-corruption unit. Then on the basis of that, the IPL Governing Council can take a decision.”

Electronic devices have to be deposited before the match starts

All players and support staff are required to submit their electronic devices before the start of the match. This is decided for anti-corruption protection. The purpose of collecting the mobile is to prevent anyone from talking to anyone outside during the match. Let us tell you that former IPL Commissioner Lalit Modi also reacted on the mobile video and demanded strict action. Now it will be interesting to see what action is taken in the matter.
