Super antibody for snakebite: American scientists have prepared a new snake antivenim drug using the blood of a person, who deliberately drank or applied different types of poison in his body in 18 years, so that resistance to the snake bite can develop. How was this new drug created?

The ‘broad-spectrum’ or ‘polyvelling’ is made by injection of poison mixture of various species of snakes. However, increased amounts of antibodies per dose can increase the risk of adverse reactions.

Another challenge with mixed poisons is that some poison that produce strong immune response can affect the production of antibodies against other equally dangerous poisons.
