There was a lot of controversy regarding the lyrics of rapper Badshah’s song ‘Terri’. After this, Badshah had removed the song and apologized on social media. Now rapper Badshah’s lawyer Akshay Dahiya said that he gave a written apology before the Commission on Tuesday.

Badshah will bear the expenses of education of 50 girls

He told that an apology letter has been submitted to the Commission on behalf of the King. The lawyer also said that Badshah will sponsor the education of 50 girls and will also help in raising funds for them. The Women’s Commission had reached the issue of controversy over Tatiri song.

Let us tell you that the song Teriri was released on 1 March 2026. Many people had objected to the obscene lyrics and visuals of this song. Haryana State Women’s Commission had issued summons to Badshah and then an FIR was registered in this matter. Haryana Police took strict action in the matter and removed many links related to the song. All the reels made on the song were also removed.

Badshah had apologized by sharing the video
When there was controversy regarding the song, Badshah had made a video and apologized. He had said in the video, ‘Ever since the release of my Terri song, a part of it has hurt people’s sentiments due to the message sent by my lyrics and visual representation. I would like to say that I myself am from Haryana. My identity is from Haryana. It was not my intention to talk nonsense about any child or woman. Those words were never meant for any woman or child. I hope that you will forgive me considering me as a son of Haryana.

The lawyers appearing on his behalf argued that Badshah could not come because he was busy with some professional commitment. After which further time was sought from the Commission.

King’s passport will be confiscated
On this argument of Badshah’s lawyer, Women Commission Chairperson Renu Bhatia got angry in the meeting itself. He warned- ‘If the king does not appear by 3 o’clock, strict action will be taken against him’. After this he instructed Panchkula and Panipat SP to arrest him and confiscate his passport. He said that the passport should be confiscated to prevent the king from leaving the country. Now the Commission has come forward to save women and daughters.

Singer has apologized
Let us tell you that after the controversy escalated, Badshah shared a video on Instagram regarding this matter and apologized. Badshah said about his song in this video that he had no intention of hurting anyone’s sentiments. Along with apologizing, he immediately removed his song from every platform. However, this did not make any difference to the Women’s Commission and it is busy preparing for strict action against the singer.

He said that Badshah is a good person and perhaps he had no intention of hurting anyone. This could just be an honest mistake. Mika also assured the Haryanvi community that their sentiments will be fully respected and Badshah will be more careful in future.

The king had apologized

He said that my new song has been released and I see that because of my lyrics and visual representation in a part of it, the message sent has hurt many people, especially the people of my Haryana and their sentiments.

Badshah said, ‘First of all I would like to say that I myself am from Haryana. People who know me know that my dialect, food, lifestyle, my identity, everything is from Haryana. I am a proud Haryanvi. I never had any intention to say such an absurd thing about any child or woman of Haryana.

He further said that I myself come from the hip-hop genre, where the lyrics often look down on the competition or are spoken about one’s rivals. Those words were never meant for any woman or child. Nor will I ever do that. I wholeheartedly apologize to all of you. I hope that you will consider me as a son of Haryana and consider me as your son and forgive me.

The king told that once he was watching a robber at night and he became very sad. Badshah had said in a conversation with Lallantop, ,I was watching Lootera and I got depressed. I was feeling very anxious. I took double dose of medicine. I woke up and called the doctor and said that there was a big problem. I was watching Looter and I got into a lot of trouble. So I have taken double dose of the medicine. So he said, brother, don,t watch Raanjhana at all. ,

After this, Badshah had told that after this he never took medicine without consulting any doctor.

When the king had a panic attack

Badshah had told about his first panic attack. He had said, ‘I was going to sleep and my heartbeat had increased. I felt like I was having a heart attack. I came out of the house and started running on the road. At that time I had my first panic attack. I was sweating even on the plane. I was nervous. I started behaving strangely. Then I started writing songs and calmed myself down.

The king told that he could not sleep. The king had told his sister, ‘Save me, something is happening to me.’ After this he consulted a doctor and came to know that he was suffering from depression. Then the king took medication for 6 months. Badshah had said, ‘My family helped me a lot. Supported. At that time there was a lot of distance between me and my wife. I became close to my cousin.
