Rapper Badshah apologized for the song ‘Tattiri’, told the Women’s Commission – will sponsor the education of 50 girls

There was a lot of controversy regarding the lyrics of rapper Badshah’s song ‘Terri’. After this, Badshah had removed the song and apologized on social media. Now rapper Badshah’s lawyer Akshay Dahiya said that he gave a written apology before the Commission on Tuesday.

Badshah will bear the expenses of education of 50 girls

He told that an apology letter has been submitted to the Commission on behalf of the King. The lawyer also said that Badshah will sponsor the education of 50 girls and will also help in raising funds for them. The Women’s Commission had reached the issue of controversy over Tatiri song.

Let us tell you that the song Teriri was released on 1 March 2026. Many people had objected to the obscene lyrics and visuals of this song. Haryana State Women’s Commission had issued summons to Badshah and then an FIR was registered in this matter. Haryana Police took strict action in the matter and removed many links related to the song. All the reels made on the song were also removed.

Badshah had apologized by sharing the video
When there was controversy regarding the song, Badshah had made a video and apologized. He had said in the video, ‘Ever since the release of my Terri song, a part of it has hurt people’s sentiments due to the message sent by my lyrics and visual representation. I would like to say that I myself am from Haryana. My identity is from Haryana. It was not my intention to talk nonsense about any child or woman. Those words were never meant for any woman or child. I hope that you will forgive me considering me as a son of Haryana.
