The condition of pollution in Delhi is not hidden from anyone. Many times the situation becomes such that even breathing becomes difficult. But in the month of November, not Delhi but Ghaziabad of Uttar Pradesh was the most polluted city in the country. This shocking claim has been made in a report.

The monthly average PM 2.5 concentration in Ghaziabad in November was 224 micrograms per cubic meter and the air quality remained above national standards for all 30 days. In fact, the report of think tank ‘Centre for Research on Energy and Clean Air’ states that Noida, Bahadurgarh, Delhi, Hapur, Greater Noida, Baghpat, Sonipat, Meerut and Rohtak were included in the 10 most polluted cities along with Ghaziabad.

According to the report, six of these cities were from Uttar Pradesh. After that there were three places of Haryana and Delhi. Except Delhi, all other cities included in the top 10 recorded higher PM 2.5 levels compared to last year.

Delhi stood fourth

Delhi was the fourth most polluted city in November, with the monthly average PM 2.5 concentration at 215 micrograms per cubic metre, almost double the October average of 107. The city experienced 23 very bad days, six severe days and one poor day.

CREA said that the impact of stubble burning was less this year, its share in Delhi’s pollution in November was on average 7 percent, whereas last year it was 20 percent. CREA said that this year the maximum effect of stubble burning was 22 percent, which is much less than the 38 percent recorded last year.

The wind was not good as per the standards even for a day

Barring Bahadurgarh, the air in none of these 10 cities remained within the safe daily limits under national standards for even a single day. Many other cities including Charkhi Dadri, Bulandshahr, Jind, Muzaffarnagar, Gurugram, Khurja, Bhiwani, Karnal, Yamunanagar and Faridabad also recorded PM 2.5 levels above the limit every day.

Pollution increased compared to last year

CREA analyst Manoj Kumar said, “Despite a significant reduction in the impact of stubble burning, 20 out of 29 cities in NCR recorded higher pollution levels than last year and in many cities not a single day was still recorded within the NAAQS limits. This clearly indicates that the major drivers are year-round sources such as transportation, industry, power plants and other combustion sources. “Without sector-specific emissions reductions, cities will continue to violate the standards.”

More pollution in 23 cities of Rajasthan

At the state level, Rajasthan had the highest number of polluted cities, with pollution levels exceeding the national limit in 23 out of 34 cities in November. Haryana had 22 out of 25 cities where pollution levels were above the national standard, while 14 out of 20 cities in Uttar Pradesh, 9 out of 12 cities in Madhya Pradesh, 9 out of 14 cities in Odisha and 7 out of 8 cities in Punjab also reported high levels.

There is a lot of discussion about the visit of the Russian President to India....

There is a lot of discussion about the visit of the Russian President to India. People remain quite confused about Putin’s age. His age is 73 years, but it is not easy to guess. He is still very fit. The reason behind this is that he takes his diet seriously and also does his workout daily.

British journalist had collected important information

There is no official information about his diet, but in 2014, Ben Judah, a British journalist of Newsweek, had obtained some information about it. The journalist had done research for this for 3 years. In this he had collected information about Putin’s breakfast and workout.

Putin has breakfast at noon

The journalist had told that Putin wakes up late in the morning and has breakfast in the afternoon. In this they take quail eggs. It contains reserves of Vitamin B-12. It makes the body strong.

Omelet or porridge and quail egg

According to the journalist, he takes omelette or porridge with these quail eggs. Along with this, drink fruit juice and lastly coffee. Putin does not drink alcohol. He likes pistachios and ice cream.

work out and exercise

After breakfast, Putin also works out and does exercise. This includes swimming and weightlifting. However, all this information came to light only after the revelation by the journalist in 2014.

Why is quail egg special?

Actually, quail eggs contain many nutrients like Vitamin B-12. These include protein, vitamin B12, folate, choline, vitamins, iron, cytoflavin, riboflavin, phosphorus, selenium. All these nutrients are found in less quantity in Indians. Apart from this, egg also helps in protecting against cellular damage and allergies. Apart from these, it also prevents sneezing, chest congestion and running nose.

The tussle between the Congress in Karnataka has calmed down after Breakfast Politics, but the sudden visit of Deputy CM DK Shivakumar to Delhi has raised the political temperature. However, DK Shivakumar said that his visit is not political, rather he has come to attend the wedding of his son’s friend. During this, he said that since the Parliament is in session, he cannot meet the High Command.

Delhi tour is not political: DK Shivakumar

After reaching Delhi, DK Shivakumar said, “There is no political agenda. I have come here for the marriage of my friend’s son. Also, I wanted to make arrangements for the vote theft rally on December 14. We are expecting more than 10,000 people from Karnataka. I just wanted to talk to my colleagues and other friends to see what arrangements we can make, hence I have come here.”

Will DK Shivkumar meet the party high command?

He said, “As Karnataka Congress President, all these things are my responsibility, so I have come here to do this. We have to take Karnataka forward together, work together. I will return early in the morning because I have a cabinet meeting at 11 o’clock.” On the question of meeting the party high command in Delhi, he said, “Right now the winter session of Parliament is going on, so everyone is busy. I do not think that I will be able to meet anyone because everyone is busy in Parliament.”

Supporters of CM and Deputy CM raised slogans

Meanwhile, something happened at Mangaluru airport to welcome General Secretary KC Venugopal, after which speculations started being made that all is not well in Karnataka. KC Venugopal was welcomed at Mangaluru airport with slogans in support of Shivakumar. In response, Siddaramaiah’s supporters later retaliated by raising slogans of ‘full term for Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’.

The Department of Telecommunications (DOT) has ordered all the mobile companies that now every new...

The Department of Telecommunications (DOT) has ordered all the mobile companies that now every new smartphone will come in the market only with Sanchar Saathi app pre-installed. That is, as soon as the customer turns on the phone, the app will appear and will be usable immediately. After a new order of the government, every smartphone sold in India will come with a special application. The name of this security app is Sanchar Saathi app.

Meaning, buy a phone from the shop, come home, turn on the phone – and you will find the government’s security app ready in front of you. The government says that now people do not need any expert to avoid fraud, rather the mobile itself will tell how safe it is.

Why was this rule implemented?

This rule will be applicable because such steps have been taken by the government regarding protection from phone theft, cloned IMEI, black business of second hand market, fraudulent numbers and cyber criminals.

Thousands of people in the country were getting trapped in mobile fraud. Now to check cyber criminals, use of fake IMEI and incidents of phone theft will be curbed. For this reason also the government has made this app mandatory in phones.

Sanchar Sathi app will now be beneficial for the public like a bodyguard. This app will immediately detect real and fake phones. It will be immediately revealed whether the IMEI number is cloned or not. Lost or stolen phone will be blocked in one click. The system will catch the blacklisted phone immediately. Apart from this, there will be a complete account of how many mobile phones are running in your name. Complaint against any fraud number will also be registered directly. This means that now while buying a second hand phone, instead of the battery and camera, the security will also be checked. Also, before purchasing the phone, its complete criminal background will also be checked.

Apart from this, it has been made clear by the government that if the company removes, hides or reduces the features of these apps, then action will be taken immediately. The government has clearly warned mobile companies that apps cannot be hidden in the phone. It cannot be removed. Features cannot be turned off or limited. This should be clearly visible on phone setup. The app must remain open for 100% use.

Government’s eye on old stock also

Actually, the government is also keeping an eye on the phones lying in the shops. These include those phones which are already made. Kept in the warehouse. Ready to be sold in shops.

The government has said that on those too, companies will have to try to send communication partners through software updates. It means clearly that this rule will apply not only to new phones but to almost every phone.

given 90 days time

The government has given 90 days time to mobile companies. The entire system will have to be implemented within these. Then the report will have to be sent to the government within 120 days. It has to be shared that the company has accepted the rules, and the app has been installed in every phone. The government seems serious on this issue.

Black marketing and stolen phones will be controlled

This rule will weaken the business of stolen phones. Phones with fake IMEI will be easily caught. Transparency will increase in the second hand market. This will help in stopping cyber fraud. Consumers will be able to check their phones themselves. Meaning this app is capable of opening all the secrets.

The traffic problem of Bengaluru has become a cause of trouble for the common people, which has completely spoiled the plans of many people. Now this time a Samajwadi Party MP Rajiv Rai has become its victim. Actually, MP Rajiv Rai had left to catch his scheduled flight to Delhi to attend the winter session of Parliament, but before that he was stuck on the streets of Bengaluru for several hours.

Rajeev Rai, MP from Ghosi, Uttar Pradesh, was afraid of missing his flight, so he also tried to contact Bengaluru Police to get rid of this problem, but he claims that there was no response to his call from Bengaluru Police. He alleged that there was not a single traffic policeman present on the Bengaluru road to handle the heavy traffic jam.

SP MP expressed displeasure on social media

MP Rajeev Rai became very angry after being stuck in Bengaluru traffic for several hours. He expressed his anger through a post shared on social media platform X. During this, he targeted the Karnataka government and the state Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He said that this city has become known for its terrible traffic. Along with this, he also termed the Bengaluru traffic police as useless and irresponsible.

MP Rajiv Rai said in his ex-post, “Chief Minister of Karnataka, I am sorry, but you have the worst traffic system and the traffic police is the most irresponsible and useless. They do not even pick up the phone. I have taken a screenshot of my attempts to talk to them, no one picked up my call.” He said that he was stuck at the same place on Rajkumar Samadhi Road for an hour and his flight was about to miss. He said, “Tomorrow Monday (December 1, 2025) I have to attend the Parliament session. Not a single policeman is visible around here. There is no doubt that the traffic in Bengaluru is now counted among the worst in the world.”

Also read: What are those 14 bills that the government is bringing in the winter session, know what is the plan of the opposition

In the Rajya Sabha bulletin, citing etiquette and tradition, MPs have been advised not to raise slogans like Jai Hind and Vande Mataram. Congress and Trinamool Congress (TMC) have openly criticized it. Independent MP from Purnia and Congress leader Pappu Yadav on Saturday termed it a violation of freedom of expression.

Pappu Yadav’s counterattack

On banning slogans of ‘Jai Hind’ and ‘Vande Mataram’ in speeches in Rajya Sabha, Pappu Yadav, while speaking to IANS, said, “It is everyone’s right to speak, whether one says ‘Vande Mataram’, ‘Jai Hind’, ‘Waheguru’, ‘Sat Shri Akal’, or ‘Har Har Mahadev’. Everyone has their freedom, but if the government imposes anything, it is wrong. Under the Constitution. No one has any problem in working.”

What did you say on SIR?

On the controversy regarding SIR, he said, “Many BLOs died in Uttar Pradesh. This only shows that the Election Commission’s method is wrong. Proper time should be given. SIR should be investigated and it should be implemented in a scientific and transparent manner. The way democracy was ended in Bihar by snatching the voting rights of poor and common people, it should not happen.”

What did JDU spokesperson say?

On the controversy over not raising slogans like Jai Hind and Vande Mataram in the Rajya Sabha, JDU spokesperson Neeraj Kumar said, “Why does raising slogans and using the national symbol become a subject of political discussion? This should definitely be avoided. All political parties have expressed their dedication towards the Constitution of this country. It is not appropriate to discuss and criticize the symbols which are allowed to be used by the Constitution.”

On the issue of Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray raising slogans in the House and challenging the BJP, Neeraj Kumar said, “There is no such challenge. The public has already rejected those people.”

The terrorist attack near the Red Fort in Delhi had shocked the entire country. Now a big revelation has been made about the relationship between the main accused in this case, Shaheen Saeed and Muzammil Shakeel. The investigating agencies have revealed that Dr. Shaheen is not Muzzamil’s girlfriend but his wife.

Muzammil has described Shaheen as his wife in the legal documents. Both of them got married in September 2023 in a mosque near Al-Falah. It was from here that Shaheen entered the world of terrorism. It was also revealed that Shaheen had given Rs 6.5 lakh to Muzammil in 2023 to buy weapons.

Shaheen’s journey from Lucknow to Delhi

Shaheen Saeed, who grew up in the densely populated Daliganj area of Lucknow, was very intelligent in studies. She studied Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Allahabad and then became a pharmacology specialist. His father Syed Ahmed Ansari is a government employee and his family is considered polite, educated and socially respectable.

Shaheen Saeed’s first marriage

Shaheen Saeed married ophthalmologist Dr Zafar Hayat in November 2003 and had two children, but the relationship did not last long. Dr. Hayat said in an interview to NDTV, “We got married in November 2003 and both of us were studying medicine separately, I was senior to him.”

He further added, “We got divorced in late 2012. I don’t know what was in her mind that led to the divorce. There was never any dispute or quarrel between us. She was a sweet and caring person. I never had any idea that she could indulge in such activities. She was very attached to her family and children, loved them very much and took full care of their education.” He told that Shaheen Saeed never wore burqa except during her marriage.

He said, “Once he (Shaheen) suggested that we settle in Australia or Europe for better salary and standard of living, but I told him that we are already living a good life here, have good jobs and children. Our relatives and everyone are here so we will feel lonely there.”

Shaheen Saeed married again after divorce

Shaheen Saeed studied in Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial (GSVM) Medical College. After the divorce, he stopped going to college without any prior notice and suddenly withdrew from there. According to the report, Shaheen remained out of contact for 8 years and her job was terminated in 2021. Later she remarried to a man doing textile business in Ghaziabad, but this marriage also did not last long.

Muzammil’s entry in Shaheen Saeed’s life

Shaheen Saeed’s junior and Kashmiri doctor Muzammil Shakeel came into his life at Al-Falah University, Faridabad, Haryana. Their relationship became stronger due to their daily meetings, working together in college and having similar professions. During interrogation, Muzammil revealed that both of them got married in a mosque near Al-Falah University in September 2023, in which the amount of dowry was fixed at Rs 5 to 6 thousand. After this both started living together. During this time, Shaheen was introduced to a group of students and started participating in religious activities.

During these meetings, members of Jamaat-ul-Mominat, the women’s wing of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JEM), contacted her. According to the investigating agencies, this organization started training Saeed in fundamentalism and terrorist ideology. After this, Shaheen started traveling between Jammu and Kashmir, Delhi-NCR and Haryana using his doctor’s identity.

During this time he helped in sending money and messages from one place to another. Shaheen Saeed was reportedly given charge of the Indian branch of Jamaat ul-Mominat, which is led by Saadia Azhar, sister of Jaish-e-Mohammed founder Masood Azhar in Pakistan.

Shaheen’s family can’t believe it

Shaheen Saeed’s elder brother Mohammad Shoaib was not in contact with him for the last four years. He said, “Even when she was studying medicine, there was no indication of her involvement in any suspicious activity. I still do not believe these allegations. As I have said earlier, I cannot believe it.” Dr. Saeed’s father Syed Ahmed Ansari also expressed disbelief like his brother. According to news agency IANS, he said, “I cannot believe that my daughter was involved in such activities.”

Big news has come for the parents waiting for nursery admission in Delhi. The Directorate of Education has released the complete schedule of admissions in private schools for the academic session 2026-27. Applications for admission in nursery, KG and first class will start from December 4 and will continue till December 27. Admission in all schools will be based on merit, which will be prepared according to the criteria decided by the schools.

Nursery admission is always in discussion in the capital because getting admission in some schools is considered very difficult. There is a lot of enthusiasm among parents about these schools and many people have already started collecting information online and offline. Let us know which are those top 5 private schools of Delhi.

These are the top schools

First of all, let’s talk about Delhi Public Schools i.e. DPS RK Puram and DPS Mathura Road are also the big choice of parents for nursery admission. The name of DPS Society itself is considered a symbol of trust for parents. Here the distribution of seats during admission is also fixed, there are 25% EWS, 50% general category and 20% management quota seats. DPS students are seen making a name for themselves in the country and abroad, due to which the demand for these schools always remains at the top.

After this, Sanskriti School, Chanakyapuri. Located in the Embassy area, which is called the heart of Delhi, this school is counted among the top schools of the country. Many education agencies have given it the status of number 1 school. Children of senior officials, diplomats and eminent personalities of the country study in this school. There are a total of 150 seats in the nursery. In which 90 seats have been kept for children of government employees, 38 for EWS and 15 for non-government category. Getting admission here is the first choice of many parents and it is believed that the child will flourish in a strong educational environment.

These schools are also great

Now let’s talk about Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Lodhi Estate. This school is also one of the best schools in Delhi and is run by Gujarat Education Society. The school’s faculty and teaching standards are considered quite strong. There is a lot of competition for nursery admission in this school also. Parents believe that after studying from here, the career direction of their children is much better. The nursery fees is around Rs. 1.25 lakh, yet the demand for admission here does not decrease.

Apart from this, DAV Schools in the capital also rank high in the choice of parents. DAV Society runs many schools and the specialty of these schools is budget friendly fees and good faculty. This is the reason why middle class parents want to enroll their children in DAV. The education and environment here is considered better for the development of children. Delhi’s leading boys school St. Columbus School is also known for its strong identity. Every year hundreds of parents fill forms for admission in nursery.

Delhi Pollution: There has been a slight improvement in the air quality i.e. AQI of Delhi-NCR. Delhi’s Air Quality Index (AQI) has fallen below 400, after which the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has withdrawn the restrictions imposed under Group-3. Grape-3 was implemented in the capital when the pollution level had crossed the 400 mark and reached ‘very poor’ condition.

Let us tell you, under Grape-3, many strict rules are implemented to control air quality, which include things like ban on construction work, work from home, operating schools and colleges on hybrid mode. Now that Grape-3 has been removed, these rules have also been relaxed. However, this does not mean that now all kinds of activities are allowed in Delhi. CAQM has clearly said that the restrictions of Grape-1 and Grape-2 are still applicable in Delhi.

When is GRAP-3 implemented?

GRAP system has been implemented to control air quality in Delhi-NCR. Under this, restrictions from Grape-1 to Grape-3 are implemented in a phased manner. It depends on the level of pollution when which GRAP system will be implemented. As far as Grape-3 is concerned, when the pollution level in Delhi-NCR crosses 400, then Grape-3 restrictions are implemented. Group 4 is implemented when AQI crosses 450.

What happens in Grape-3?

Under Grape-3, BS-3 petrol and BS-4 diesel light motor vehicles are not allowed to enter Delhi.

There is also a ban on diesel-powered inter-state buses, All India Tourist Permit buses and tempo travelers.

Under this, works like construction and demolition are also banned.

Transportation of dusty materials like cement, sand and fly ash is limited.

50 percent work from home is implemented in government and private offices.

Classes are conducted in hybrid mode in schools and colleges.

These restrictions will still be applicable in Delhi

Even though Grape-3 has been lifted in Delhi, it does not mean that people will be allowed to do every kind of activity. The administration has clarified that the air quality of Delhi-NCR is still bad, hence restrictions under Grap-1 and Grap-2 will still be applicable. Let us tell you which things will be banned during this period-

There will be a complete ban on the use of coal and wood in hotels and restaurants.

There will be complete strictness on old petrol and diesel vehicles.

Industrial activities remain limited, many types of industries are kept closed.

There is a ban on construction works. Collecting construction material in public places is also wrong.

Thermal power plants running on coal are closed.

There is a ban on burning garbage in the open, it is a legal offence.
