In such a situation, to fuel the movement, climate change activist Sonam Wangchuk has sat on an indefinite hunger strike on Sunday, June 28. This information has been given by CJP founder Abhijeet Deepke himself.
What allegations did Deepke make against Delhi Police?
But meanwhile, he has accused Delhi Police through a post on social media. Deepke wrote on X that after Sonam Wangchuk started the hunger strike, Delhi Police has closed the cleanliness facility at Jantar Mantar. There is no water connection and no arrangement for cleanliness.
He said that despite repeated requests and telling about the concerns related to Wanguchak ji’s age and health, the police is not cooperating. We suspect that other similar basic facilities will also be closed.
