Under Section 163, there will be a ban on gathering of four or more people in the district. Along with this, no kind of protest, rally, procession or public meeting will be allowed. The administration says that this precautionary step is necessary in view of the possibility of anti-social elements spoiling the atmosphere during these events.

Strict action against those flying drones without permission

According to the order, the entry of persons whose activities are likely to disturb law and order in colonies and sensitive areas has been prohibited. Police have been instructed to keep special vigil on such people. Apart from this, police patrolling has been increased in all the police station areas of the district and the intelligence system has also been activated. To further strengthen the security, a complete ban has been imposed on flying drones within a radius of one kilometer from government offices. Strict action will be taken against those flying drones without permission. The administration has made it clear that any attempt to spread rumors or disturb peace will not be tolerated.

Appeal to the general public to follow the rules

The police and administration are on full alert mode and the general public has been appealed to follow the rules and immediately report any suspicious activity to the police, so that the festival can be celebrated in a peaceful and safe environment.
