In which departments of NABARD will the recruitment be done?

This recruitment of NABARD has been done in many departments including RMD, DOR, DIT, DEAR and DDMABI. These posts include specialist posts like Additional Chief Risk Manager, Risk Manager, Producer Organization, Senior Consultant, Developer, Project Manager and Financial Analyst. All posts will be filled on contract basis. The special thing about this recruitment is that the age limit has been fixed as per the post. For different posts, the minimum age has been kept at 28 years and maximum age at 62 years. Which means that this is a good opportunity for experienced candidates also to work in NABARD.

What will be the salary and qualifications?

Candidates selected for NABARD Specialist posts will be given handsome salary. According to the post, the salary will range from Rs 1.50 lakh to Rs 3.85 lakh every month. Apart from this, the contract period will be for 2 years, which can be further extended up to 3 years. Whereas the eligibility for specialist posts has been decided differently according to the post. For the post of Additional Chief Risk Manager, the candidate must be graduate or post graduate. Along with this, degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, MBA, PGDI, CA or CS and at least 10 years of banking experience has been sought. Whereas for the posts related to Risk Manager and Market Risk, Bachelor or Post Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering with 5 years of experience is required. Apart from this, no written examination will be taken in this recruitment process. Candidates will be shortlisted for interview on the basis of their qualification and experience. The final list will be prepared only after the interview.

How will recruitment take place?

Candidates will be selected through online test and personal interview. Depending on the number of applicants, the bank will decide whether the examinations will be held in both the stages or only the interview will be conducted. Its exam pattern will be a total of 125 marks exam, the time duration of which will be 100 minutes. It will be in two parts. In which first English Language 25 Marks, this is a test of qualifying nature and its marks will not be added while making the merit list and second Professional Knowledge 100 Marks, this is the main examination of recruitment and in this, questions will be asked from professional information related to the post.
