There is no way to become a bank manager directly after 12th. For this, first of all you will have to complete graduation degree from any recognized university. SBI PO (Probationary Officer) – After graduation you can give SBI PO exam. After passing this exam, you are put on training for 2 years. After this you directly become an Assistant Manager and after a few years of experience, you get promoted as a Bank Manager.
Promotion from SBI Clerk – You can also pass SBI Clerk exam after graduation. After working as a clerk for a few years and passing departmental examinations, you can become a manager.

SBI PO exam is conducted in three stages. In the first phase there is preliminary examination. After passing this, there is the main examination and finally the interview. To pass this exam, you will have to have a strong hold on four subjects.
Mathematics (Quantitative Aptitude), Reasoning Ability, English Language, Banking and General Knowledge (General/Banking Awareness)
