Fayaz explains &#8211; Always feeling tired, dizziness, less sleep, pain in the body without any problem, reduced ability to think, all these are not normal things, they should not be ignored, rather they can be a warning of some serious problem. Our body does not suffer from any serious problem overnight, rather it gradually gives signals before the arrival of any serious disease, these signals are not very serious, but they are definitely continuous.</p>

<p><strong>When you don&#8217;t feel well, why do reports still come back normal?</strong></p>
<p>Most tests are designed to detect major or obvious diseases, not to detect early symptoms in the body. According to Dr. Fayaz, many problems of the body like changes in metabolism, digestion problems, thyroid problems and insulin resistance – all these are not visible at the initial stage. This simply means that thyroid and blood sugar can fluctuate throughout the day, but their clear symptoms are not visible. According to ICMR, metabolic problems grow slowly and silently. At the same time, NIH also believes that sometimes changes start inside the body even before a major disease is detected, which is why a person feels sick, but his report comes back normal.</p>
<p><strong>Hidden problems that are easily ignored</strong></p>
<p>Dr. Fayaz explains that some common problems, which we often ignore, are deficiency of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D, changes in thyroid and lack of proper sleep. These changes are small, but have a great impact on the body. Just like lack of vitamins affects weakness and mood, lack of water can cause fatigue and headache, and lack of sleep causes lack of energy in the body, when these problems increase gradually, then their symptoms become clearly felt.</p>

According to Dr. Fayaz, maintaining the right balance of sleep, diet, water, exercise and stress is more beneficial. Also, it is important to recognize these symptoms. Which symptoms occur when, why do they occur and how long do they last? Small improvements like good sleep, proper diet and regular exercise can prevent major problems. If symptoms persist for a long time, consult a doctor and do not ignore them.</p>
