<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Stress level 27 to 39 years old people more</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The report showed that the highest stress level has been seen in young professionals aged 27 to 39 years. 11 percent of the professionals said that they do high stress experience, which is more than 9 percent of the national average. Only 51 percent of the 18-26 year old workers gave information about better stress management.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">On the other hand, older workers aged 55-64 gave information about stress management, in which 81 percent of the workers said that they feel stressed in less than once a week. More workload was found as the main trigger for the youth employee, where 16 percent of the people aged 18-26 years spoke of tension due to heavy workload.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>65 percent monitoring of workers&#8217; work </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Apart from this, 67 percent of the workers said that they are judged for flexible working arrangements. 65 percent of the workers said that they are being monitored at work, which can increase the feelings of pressure. Rahul Goel, Managing Director of ADP India and South East Asia, said, &#8220;These findings show that today&#8217;s workforce, especially young professionals complexes and emotionally demanding work environment. The effect of stress and judge is the need to create a more supportive environment for their employees.&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The tension level among Indian employees has been reduced by 12 per cent to 9 per cent in 2023 in 2023, while the percentage of employees who feel that they are succeeding in their jobs have been reduced by 22 per cent to 20 per cent in 2024 in 2023.</p>
