
It is very beneficial to take sunlight at the beginning of the day, within 30 minutes of waking up. Morning sunlight corrects the body clock (circadian rhythm) and balances the stress hormone i.e. cortisol. When cortisol remains under control, its negative effect on testosterone is reduced. Therefore, staying in the sun for a while every morning is a simple but effective method.

If you want to remain fit and strong even after the age of 40, then strength training is very important. Compound movements like squats, deadlifts and push exercises naturally promote testosterone and growth hormone in the body. Just a light walk or cardio is not enough, the body also needs strength training.
