Speaking to PTI, WFI President Sanjay Singh said, “After Vinesh made her allegations, we allowed the officials to measure her weight. We do not want to discriminate against anyone. Vinesh Phogat had not told in which category she wanted to compete, yet we included her.” Vinesh Phogat’s weight was 53.9, she has been included in the 53kg category.

On this appeal, the Supreme Court told her that on December 14, 2024, you took a break, then became a mother, you did not participate in the doping test.
