US President Donald Trump has given a big statement regarding Iran during a conversation with the media during the 2026 NATO summit held in Ankara, the capital of Turkey. He said, ‘They (Iran) want to remove the leader of America i.e. me. I am on top of all their lists. So far I have had good luck, but it may not be so for long.
He said, ‘They are very evil and bad people and we have to get rid of this cancer as soon as possible.’

In fact, this statement of the US President has come after the US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced the latest action taken by the US Army against Iran on Tuesday (July 7, 2026).
CENTCOM has said that it has carried out these attacks as a major punishment for targeting and attacking commercial ships passing through international waterways, which carry innocent seafarers. Centcom further said that the US military strikes targeted Iran’s air defense systems, radar installations and more than 60 small ships used by the IRGC.
